15 Cape students earn AP honors

Several 2008 graduates and current Cape Henlopen High School students have been recognized as Advanced Placement Scholars this past year. Bruce Aldred and Trevor Ricker were designated AP Scholars with Distinction by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. Kevin Dieffenbach, Alexandra Hammons and Joseph Wenner qualified for the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams. Students designated AP Scholars by completing three or more AP exams with grades of 3 or higher were Rebekah Albano, Robert Bartley, Laura Betts, Peter Coveleski, Nicholas Faircloth, Zachary Hertzog, Alexis Murauskas, Nicole Sharp, Katherine VanVorst and Allison Young.
