Thiel honors
Thiel College held its annual Honors Convocation in October. A number of area students were recognized for their academic achievements during the 2002-03 school year.
Angela Baker, a junior religion and communications double major with a business minor, was recognized for earning dean’s list honors.
Baker is a member of Lambda Pi Eta, a communications honor society. A 2001 graduate of Norwin High School, she is the daughter of Elaine and David Baker of North Huntingdon.
Sarah Dellinger, chemistry major, was recognized for earning the Emil A. Lucas Chemistry Scholarship and the Undergraduate Award in analytical chemistry. A 2000 graduate of Norwin High School, she is the daughter of Thomas and Carol Dellinger of North Huntingdon.
Adam Kmetz was recognized for earning dean’s list honors. He is the son of Mike and Nancy Kmetz of Irwin.
Mallory Lucchetti, a sophomore psychology major and music minor, was recognized for earning dean’s list honors. A 2002 graduate of Norwin High School, she is the daughter of Joseph and Susan Lucchetti of North Huntingdon, and the niece of Lorraine Mihalo.
Amy Mathis, a junior business communication major and Spanish and business administration minor, was recognized for earning dean’s list honors. A 2001 graduate of Norwin High School, she is the daughter of Richard and Mary Mathis of North Huntingdon.
