Loxahatchee Kids Excel At Science Fair
Loxahatchee Groves Elementary School recently held a Science Fair. The projects entered this year were impressive. Congratulations to the participants, parents and teachers for the hard work put into the projects. Winners included:
Second grade — Cliff Lakeman, first place (McAliley); Hannah James, second place (McAliley), Kristy Smith, third place (McAliley), and Kara Dellinger, honorable mention (McAliley).
Third grade — Colin Hare, first (Gifford); Rachel Fuller, second (Purtell); Aaron Koslawy, third (Gifford); and Daniel Hancock, honorable mention (Gifford).
Fourth grade — Katie Nelson, first (Thompson); Chris Davis, second (Penska); Brianna Brackett, third (Thompson); and Katie Ray, honorable mention (Thompson).
Fifth grade — Brett Staska, first (Guinn); Wayne Aylor, second (Guinn); Matthew Dampier, third (Burt); and Summer Hill, honorable mention (Grace).
