Adairville holds graduation ceremonies

Adairville Middle School conducted graduation ceremonies on May 29, 2003.

Valedictorian for 2002-2003 school year was Casey Leighton.

Leighton had a 99.34 average for her middle school career.

Beth Barker, salutatorian for the class of 2003, graduated with a middle school average of 96.94.

Also recognized were those receiving the Presidential Award whose average was 90 or above for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.

Those students include:

Leighton, Barker, Chelsea Holley, Brooklynn Humphrey, Kearra Terry, Mindy Richardson and James Hosale.

Others were Hannah Dawes, Sabrina Burgett, Chris Brooksher, Stephanie Hardin and Tabitha Reagin.

Principal Larry Lock also recognized preschool through 8th grade teachers for their contribution to the graduates' success.

Kenny Robertson, Adairville representative to the Logan County School Board, accepted Lock's recommendation for promotions to the 9th grade.
