Honor Roll Fall Term

New Hampton School is pleased to announce the Honor Rolls for the 2002-2003 Fall Term.
High Honor Roll
Brendan Poh, a sophomore and a ranking scholar, has been placed on the High Honor Roll.
Brendan is the son of Timothy and Diane Poh of Meredith and grandson of Margaret Plumer of Laconia and Hermann and Virginia Poh of Laconia. During the fall term, he participated in the junior varsity soccer. During the winter term, he will be playing varsity basketball.
Chris Hart, a junior, has been placed on the High Honor Roll. He is the son of Dale Hart of Center Harbor. During the fall term, Chris played football.
Susie Patterson, a senior, has been placed on the High Honor Roll. She is the daughter of Susana Patterson of Belmont. During the fall term, Susie participated in varsity soccer. During the winter term, she will play club soccer.
Senior Brian Burbank has been placed on the High Honor Roll. He is the son of Jon Burbank of Sanbornton and Bonnie McFadyen of Franklin. During the fall term, Burbank participated in varsity football. His team won the New England Class B championship. During the winter term, he will participate in a weight lifting program.
Junior Mackenzie Ewing has also been placed on the High Honor Roll. She is the daughter of David and Katie Ewing of Gilford. During the fall term, she participated in varsity field hockey. During the winter term, she will be participating in fitness training and play for the U.S. Field Hockey Futures Program.
Honor Roll
Juniors Amanda Akerley and Megan Frame have been placed on the Honor Roll.
Akerley is the daughter of William and Lisa Akerley of Gilford. During the fall term, she participated in varsity soccer, receiving the NHS Gulick award. During the winter term, she will be participating in an internship program with the athletic training department.
Frame is the daughter of Richard and Margaret Frame of Moultonboro. During the fall term, she participated in soccer. During the winter term, she will be participating in an arts project completing her portfolio for college.
Senior Nathan Spencer has also been placed on the Honor Roll. He is the son of Evie Stacy of Laconia. During the fall term, Spencer participated in mountain biking. During the winter term, he will compete in Nordic skiing.
Ashley Marren, a sophomore, has been placed on the Honor Roll. She is the daughter of Donald and Karen Marren of Alton. During the fall term, Ashley participated in the theatre. During the winter term, she will be the manager of the NHS girls hockey team.
Nicholas Leighton, a junior, has been placed on the Honor Roll. He is the son of Brad and Lynn Leighton of Moultonboro and Darlene and Doug Moore of Center Harbor. During the fall term, Nick played golf. During the winter term, he will play hockey.
Gregory Woodaman II, a senior, has been placed on the Honor Roll. He is the son of Greg and Robin Woodaman of Center Harbor. During the winter term, he will play basketball on the men’s varsity "A" team.
New Hampton School is a college preparatory, co-educational independent school for students in grades 9-12 as well as post graduate students. The School has 325 students, 230 boarding students and 95 day students.
