Year 2000 Inductees

The Blackwell High School Chapter of the National Honor Society honors the top academic achievers in the Junior classes. The first National Honor Society Chapter was chartered in the nation in 1921, with over 20,000 chapters now registered. The Blackwell High School Chapter has been supported by the Lions Club, which the annual membership banquet.

The object of the chapter is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character in students of Blackwell High School.

The Faculty sponsor is Mrs. Berneita Boesch. The current officers are:
