Marvin "Vin" Fisher - Valedictorian
Vin Fisher was born March 25, 1981, in Andrews, Texas. His parents are Dan and Pam Fisher of Andrews. He will graduate from Andrews High School May 20 as Valedictorian of a class of 224 students. Other honors/offices include:
- Four-year Academic Award winner (an "A" in every class every six weeks)
- Member of National Honor Society
- Member of Spanish Honor Society
- Senior Class Vice President
- Four-year Student Council Member
- Starter on Varsity Basketball Team
- Three-year State Qualifier to the Texas High School Rodeo Association Finals in calf roping and team roping
- 1997 go round winner in the team roping State Finals
- Vin currently works in a law office in Andrews. He plans to attend Texas Tech University on academic and rodeo scholarships, followed by attending law school there as well.
Kelli Leach - Salutatorian
Kelli Leach is the Salutatorian at Andrews High School. She is a 4-year letterman of the Swim Team and a member of the 1999 Academic All-American Swim Team. Other honors/offices include:

- Texas State Board Award for Academic Excellence

- She is involved in Drama Club, Biology Club, Spanish Club, several UIL literary teams, and the youth group at First Baptist Church.
- In the future, Kelli plans to attend Angelo State University and major in psychology. She is the daughter of Jim and Ann Leach and Sherry Leach, all of Andrews.
