J.M. Clayton Honor Roll Pupils Named
DAGSBORO - Twenty-five students from John M. Clayton School made the honor roll for the fifth marking period, according to Otis Jefferson, high school principal.
The following pupils achieved first honors for the fifth period by having no grade below 93 in all subjects taken five days a week:
Cary Cash, senior;
Lisa Bennett, Beverly Muirhead and Clifford Truitt, Jr., freshmen,
and Nancy Campbell, 7th grader.
Students who had no grade below 88 in all major subjects taken five days a week were announced as follows:
Dean Muirhead, Joyce Long and Sonny Long, seniors;
Lois Brasure, Stephanie Banks, Beverly Clogg, Phyllis Maziarz and Joyce Timmons, juniors;
Jamie Avery, sophomore;
Jehu Layfield, Linda Heathman, and Peggy Toomey, freshmen;
Carolyn Cash, Penny Norman, Bette Webber, 8th graders;
Jimmy Bennett, Grace Ann Cress and Betty Lou Cress, 7th graders.
