Lamar State College-Port Arthur will award 55 associate degrees and 58 technical certificates to 111 graduates during the fall commencement, which begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 17, in the Carl Parker Center, 1800 Lakeshore Drive.
The commencement speaker will be Russell Hall, associate pastor of United Methodist Temple in Port Arthur.
