The Orangefield High School band recently competed at the UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest this past Friday night.
Students making a superior rating on solos were:
Amanda Bradley, Emily Gilson, Heather Quarles, Rebecca Seidenberger, Rachal Gobert, Ashlee Kimmel, Taylor Williams, Bria Crain, Jourdyn May, Tommy McCarver, Daryl Broussard, Jacob Lane, Leann Couder, Robert Ehrlich, Alex Gilson, Elliott Harris, Constance Ingram, and Alex White.
Superior ratings for ensembles went to:
Bria Crain, Kensey Duncan, Rachal Gobert, Taylor Williams, Brian Kelley, Kyle Letbetter, Tommy McCarver, Tyler Peveto, Robert Ehrlich, Alex Gilson, Elliott Harris, Constance Ingram, and Alex White.
Bria Crain, Kensey Duncan, Rachal Gobert, Taylor Williams, Brian Kelley, Kyle Letbetter, Tommy McCarver, and Tyler Peveto also qualified for the state solo and ensemble contest to be held later this year.
