Bridge City Chamber of Commerce Students of the month are Kristina Schisler of Orangefield and Icy Koo of Bridge City.
Schisler is the daughter of William and Dyann Schisler.
Kristina has a GPA of 3.51 and is active in many extra curricular activities.
She is in Future Farmers of America where she has served as secretary, president and district historian, and is also a student advisor.
She is a NHS member and has been a member of the drama club all four years in high school.
Kristina is a member of Bobcats Against Drinking and Drugs and Future Teachers of America.
Miss Schisler plans to attend Lamar University in Orange for an Associate Degree and to finish out her school at Lamar Beaumont with a teaching degree.
Koo is the daughter of Janet Chan of Hong Kong and her host mother is Yvette Ivey of Bridge City.
Icy's GPA is 3.14 and she has received many awards and honors since coming to BCHS a year ago as an exchange student.
She won the U.S. History Award in 2008, Art II - Most Outstanding Female Artist - 2008.
In addition Icy placed first and second in an art exhibition at BCHS and won the Gold Medal at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
She is active in several clubs and organizations as well.
Icy wants to study art and would to become a designer in the future.
