‘Regal Knights’ Honored for Achievements
Students at Norwell High School are being saluted for their academic efforts. The “Regal (Recognizing Excellence, Growth, and Leadership) Knights Award” is recognizing students who achieve outstanding academic success and those designated as most improved.
At the conclusion of each nine-week grading period, 40 students are being honored with the “Regal Knights Award.” Each of Norwell’s 10 academic departments names two outstanding students and two students who have shown the most improvement during the nine weeks. Those students are treated to a pizza luncheon sponsored by the school’s administration and guidance department.
The first Regal Knights Award luncheon was held Wednesday, Nov. 21 and recognized the academic efforts of Chad Aeschliman, Tyler Baatz, Kelsey Ballinger, Jerred Bennett, Joe Beste, Andrea Bordner, Andy DelaGarza, Nick DelaGarza, Heather DeWolfe, Seth Drayer, Matt Favory, Josh Gerber, Leah Gerber, Kyle Gilbert, Traci Gilbert, Blake Gordon, and John Gordon
Also recognized for the same honor were Anika Johansson, Megan Kline, Kent Koepke, Joe Leman, Phillip LePage, Jessie Longenberger, Krista Marcum, Mike Menser, Jessica Meyer, Tiffany Moore, Victoria Nicholson, Rochelle Putt, Ben Reinhard, Missy Robison, Adam Rodriguez, Ryan Steffen, Andrew Wanner, Ashley Wilson, Kay Worden, and Shaye Worthman.
