Whitehall High School Honor Roll

6 Whitehall HS Students Make Principal's Honor Roll

WHITEHALL, Wis. — Six Whitehall High School students achieved the principal's honor roll for the first semester, announces Robert L. Deetz, principal.

They are Robert Berdan, senior; Susan Fisher and Donald Thorson, juniors; Bruce Anderson and John Guse, sophomores; and Susan Gauger, freshman.

To achieve the principal's honor roll a student must earn A's in all courses.

Named to the "A" honor roll are students who achieve a grade-point average of 3.5 or better, while the "B" honor roll is composed of students who maintain a grade-point average of 3.0 or better.

On the "A" roll for the semester are:

Seniors — Gary Everson, Bonnie Garthus, Irene Johnson, Diane Larson, Iva Nelson, LaVonne Olson, Sharon Sosalla, Karen Teigen, and Roger Kaas;

Juniors — Thurman Fremstad Jr., Mary Karen Hanson, Gene Phillipson, Carolyn Rasmussen and Marilyn Sosalla;

Sophomores — John Berg and Myron Bey;

Freshmen — Rolf Blank, Bonita Burt, Suzanne Hagen, Richard Herried, Shiela Rasmuson and Larry Schroeder.

On the "B" honor roll for the semester are:

Seniors — Linda Anderson, James Back, Barbara Bautch, Richard Erickson, Linda Estenson, Charles Finstad, Linda Kaas, Ronald Larson, Barry Nehring and Irene Rounsville;

Juniors — Linda Berge, Georgia Briggs, Patricia Foss, Robert Guse, Martha Gutow, Marie Herman, Lenore Jacobson, Cindy Nehring, Wayne Paulson, Nedra Peterson, Paulette Schroeder, Kathryn Sielaff and Marlys Sveen;

Sophomores — Mary Jessie, Linda Loga, Lynda Olson and Mary Olson;

Freshmen — Sharon Ausderau, Ronald Bieri, Warren Dahl, Jerome Hanson, Ruby Herness, Barbara Jacobson, Susan Mattison, Virginia Patterson and David Riha.
